Excellent Print shop. Never disappointed with the service and time to get prints done. At times the queue is a bit long but that is just demand but still prepared to wait and get the quality service.

The lady has made a few mistakes on different occasions on the printing. Luckily the guy is always there to re-print / fix at no extra cost and I am thankful for that. I usually dread giving printing work to the lady because I know somehow something will have te be redone. In the end, great place!

Had a terrible experience today. The lady workers are very rude and disrespectful. The client definitely doesn’t come first. I’m a regular customer and this is not the first time this has happened. Won’t be seeing me again.

Horrible customer services. Tried to sell me scrap paper. Never again.Edit: Thank you for the reply.The first problem was that the person who printed the documents wasn't asked to reprint the document when you saw the fault she left the premises with the faulty document. I had to come later on and ask for the reprint which should not be necessary. Secondly the one lady working there which most of the people have a problem with is really disrespectful and I know i'm not the first one having a problem with her attitude. Hope you solve the problem but I won't be coming back.

Very bad customer service. The one lady simply ignores you and goes to the back. Left my usb there and when I went back to fetch it she wouldn't help me, she asked me who helped me, since they don't have name tags I couldn't tell her. After that she simply just helped other customers and acted as if I wasn't there. I will definitely not recommend this place, I will rather pay more at any other place than go back and be treated like a piece of trash.

I've given them MULTIPLE chances to prove to myself that it wasn't a fluke, but this is by far THE SLOWEST I've ever been helped to get anything printed. If you want to get anything done within the same day I suggest you go somewhere else. Not once have I been helped in less than 30 minutes. One time I got there, no qeue, took 36 minutes to be on my way with 24 pages of printing. Binding is hopeless as they are endlessly backlogged. Laminating takes 30 minutes because the machine takes 15 minutes to warm up". Don't be in a hurry when you come here."

Really pathetic service received today, wanted to print a book, the person helping me didn't have a clue what he was doing and printed the stuff wrong(which I was forced to pay for) didn't even acknowledge me when I told him it was wrong so I had to go to another shop and really where in your life do you pay R35 for 3 pages of printing that was done wrong. If you want stuff done right DON'T GO HERE.

Relaxed casual atmosphere. Friendly and welcoming staff. Good service and their coffee is well priced and tastes great.
