My partner and I have struggled to find sitters that so perfectly suited our boys needs, often having to rely on family to assist. With our boys being COVID puppies, they aren't the best with strangers and they are quite spoilt when it comes to being wrapped up in the duvet at night for bed. But the split second they met Silky, they absolutely adored her! During the briefing, everything is explained to you, all the important details of your pets needs are taken (and they literally cater for any and all needs! Medication, meals, walks, you name it) and the sitter meets your pets to establish a bond before going ahead with the stay. Ordinarily, my boys will be wary meeting strangers for the first time, but Silky was so professional and confident, the boys were immediately at ease and they loved her. Whilst away, we received regular videos and updates of our boys and upon our return the house was absolutely spotless and our boys were super happy. I absolutely would recommend Critter Sitters to anyone needing a reliable sitter for their fur babies who are willing to do it from the comfort of their homes. Thank you again, Silky!

We have recently used Critter Sitters to look after our beloved bassets for a couple of days. Katherine has really gone out of her way to make sure they were well looked after, fed and super warm with the cold weather we had. It was so important to us that they bond with the sitter and Katherine did just that. Brilliant service and they where so quick to accommodate a last minute booking to look after our two dogs for the weekend. Doggy sitter Jade was fantastic and kept us on the loop and looked after our dogs so well. Definitely a service to use again and so good that when we go away there's someone at home looking after our pets.

I am so thrilled that I found Critter Sitters. Katherine is absolutely amazing with my 2 rotties. Rocco immediately took to her and he is not shy to show you if he does not like you. His sister Kaia needs special attention with feeds etc and Katherine managed very well with this. I can now go away with ease knowing they will be looked after the way I look after them
