I keep getting emails about planet fitness account and I am not even a resident of South Africa. I was last there in 2021 during Covid and wouldn’t have signed up for planet fitness. It’s getting ridiculous.

I was told that my planet fitness account was handed over to them. Even though I didn't understand because my membership was canceled in 2020 beginning of covid 19 thing. I did pay the settlement amount as requested and emailed a proof of payment to Pam that was on the 1st of April 2022. Again on the 15th of July 2022 I have received a call from them saying that I owe them, I did pay that amount same day. My question is how long are they going to keep on saying that I owe them? I Can't get hold of them now on the phone. Are they real or scammers?

Being threatened with legal action due to unpaid funds towards Planet Fitness whom I never registered with. They contacted me 608 days ago and now again. Still failing to provide me the imaginary signed contracted.

Harrasing me for an account that was settled with Saya recoveries and confirmed settled with Planet fitness.The consultant wanted information I was unwilling to provide on the telephone. Admin is poor here as I told them to sort it our with PF as the account is confirmed to be settled.

Wish there was a star lower than 1. Tried phoning multiple times and no awnser. Canceled my Planet Fitness in 2019 and paid the abount of R1353.22. Yet now 3 years later get a e mail saying I owe them R2953.22 an extra R1600.00 for legal fees. And when you get through to them they are extremely rude no people skills, no customer service and when you want a simple awnser they get furious and put the phone down in your ear.

Lazy, untrustworthy and pestering. Trying to collect money when the account has been settled long ago already.Not doing their homework. Please sort out your lack of communication with your medical aids clients before continuing to pester companies.

They apparently do not vet their clients and in my case attempted to collect money without a shred of proof that said money is in fact outstanding. While I do not think they are necessarily scammers, they certainly don't do their homework nearly well enough. (As an aside, frankly, I'm surprised any debt agency will even touch Planet Fitness, whom it seems is the real rotten apple here, spoiling it for everyone, including Landau.)
