Owner shows no regard for the South African law and is verbally abusive.I purchased a product and returned it the very next day because I realised I dont need it, like I thought. He refused to return the item and said he is not scared of the Consumer Protection Act. The product was in its original packaging unopened with its till slip. He argued and screamed at me for about 15mins before he finally said to the cashier to refund me but never to help me in his store again.The owners friend also got involved shouting and screaming at me telling me to shut up and stop talking and waving is finger in my face taunting me with comments to obviously get a rise our of me.STEER CLEAR OF THIS PLACE.
