TERRIBLE!Bought 4 toilets which they stored for us while our renovations were being carried out. When we called in to arrange delivery, we were told that they had resold them to someone else. We also ordered a sink for our scullery. They told us it would be in store within 2 days. It arrived a week later and was not the right one! THEY TELL LIES TO GET YOUR ORDER AND THEN FAIL TO DELIVER ON PROMISES.

Toilet seat (Product 024454) bought today is bad quality/badly manufactured. The cover does not open beyond 90° so it falls back closed continuously. Impossible to use normally. Buyer beware!
