My experience was great at this Sasol Hatfield, we got helped by the staff very quickly it was late but still they manage nicely to put patrol in my car's tank, clean my windscreen and check my pressure in the tires happily.

I usually go to this Sasol for filling up, snacks and car washes but I was just sold a pie that was so old that I couldn't bite into the pastry. When I eventually managed to break it apart with my hands, the spinach inside was completely black. I'm disgusted.

Car wash is bad service and equipment. The high pressure hose will blow off your car rubber because they use it super close and they don't charge you according to what is asked. I asked for a wash and engine wash... Less did I know they treat your engine terrible and it left my car dead...like it didn't want to start and then all they said was start your car and go" even after I told them my car can't start

Decently priced, and they do a great job with the clean. I've had my car cleaned here 3 times, however the last time was quite uncomfortable. The staff were constantly arguing with eachother, fighting over equipment. I asked for a full wash and they said it was fine, however after I paid they said it was getting too late to do a full wash and reluctantly did it.

Reasonably priced, good service and quick. Would have left a higher rating but unfortunately they washed my carpets with the high pressure hose which caused the car to smell mouldy.I’ll go back but I’ll make sure to tell them not to wash the carpets lol.

Great place. Marboro blues are very expensive though. Extremely impressive variety of Switch. Will be my main garage until I move away.

Such great service from the attendants! Always going the extra mile for me, whether it be double checking my tires or telling me about a window chip.Been using the garage for about 3 years now.

I usually get good service. This morning I stopped there at about 05:45 to fill up my diesel. There was no service. The petrol tenants was busy fixing a tyre for someone and ignored me totally. The shop tenants was just looking at me and did nothing. I then had to go to Caltex down the road and filled up there. This cost me my reward points.

I filled up my car there this morning and asked the attendant to check my tyre pressure. Turned out that there was a piece of wire lodged in the rear left tyre and they immediately fixed it for me. Had he not been so observant I might not have reached Secunda safely Thank you!
