The worst experience ever. I phoned in to get advice/meds for my 2.5yr old baby. I was told to bring him in, they will wait for me to arrive before they close. I arrive there just to be greeted with the most unprofessional rude staff. Telling me they will not assist my baby boy (with a fever of 40.1) as they are going home now. Apparently the owner is Olga, the rudest most unprofessional person I have ever come across in the ‘medical field’. Do not ever go there for any type of emergency!!

Went there on Saturday for my daughter’s immunisation, while we were at the waiting area my daughter was busy playing and one of the white pharmacist lady came shouting saying that my baby is making noise and she will send us out. She was very very rude didn’t even approach me with respect. If possible I was going to rate this pharmacy zero.

Our baby born on freedom day 27 April 2019 and we at link wood hospital edenvale. Mom suffered stroke in randfontein Phoned docville they asked all people to find my mom. Compassionate friendly and most caring staff and sister on duty. Well done. Thank you jannie
