Everything I joined the club for is gone.For example. The sonar is off permanently.There is no longer a children's play area.And the bathrooms are dirty.The equipment doesn't get fixed once broken.

I do like the gym, been there for about 2 years now, however, I went through some of the reviews where people had recommendations to making the gym better...such as the bathrooms that needs to be clean...I'm giving 4 stars but the bathrooms is still not an improvement, it stinks a lot...then the music is not neutral, they need to play something everyone would listen to or at least switch the genres a bit so everyone gets a taste of what they like

Best gym around but why is the sonar not working yet you added money for the generator this will chase clients away and I love that there is a place to practise posing

The communication between members and the establishment is unsettling. I am yet to receive a notification or any form of a response from an email sent days ago. Management should really improve the manner in which information is broadcasted to the members.The app" is mediocre

I have always enjoyed the Moove gym but today, I have to say I am so disappointed. My work phone was stolen from my locker, the lock was opened and the bag was opened. They indicated to me that this happened yesterday as well to another gym member. This is very bad security and thus, I am leaving the gym.

Weights are plastic and feels cheap. Stations like leg press and bench press to name phew almost never have weights and if they do, choices are limited to 20 kg and 10 kg. It's almost pointless to try and find 5 kg weights and smaller which makes progressive overload almost impossible. This gym is not for anyone who is serious about bodybuilding.

I’ve been at this gym since it opened. I can confidently say it’s really overrate, in all the years they’ve not added new equipment and there’s always something broken. Maintenance is horrible, especially boxing equipment. They never really fix anything they just do a quick patch job until it breaks again.The sauna is always off yet they want to increase the prices of our gym fees?Because the gym is set up like they couldn’t make up their mind about why type of gym they wanna be, there’s such a lack of sufficient weights, machines, benches, attachments the list goes on.I’ve asked 3 different employees to fix 1 piece of equipment and they all said “Yeah I’ll come fix it just now” that was 2 months ago and it’s still not fixed to this day. It’s pathetic. So many members wonder where the money goes because it surely doesn’t go back into the gym for the clients.Join the gym if you’re someone who just comes for a jog or some light exercise, but for any person serious about fitness, don’t bother. Pay the extra cash for an actual Luxury gym. There’s no point in paying for a gym with trampolines, ping pong tables a mini indoor soccer field if you’re never actually going to use it or in this case if it’s out of order all the time.All the “We’ll escalate it” replies you’re seeing from the gym on these reviews are also a lie, those things are still not sorted out and probably won’t.

The gym has enough equipment, but the roof is leaking when it's raining. The showers are not cleaned regularly as they should , and in march my installment was increased without any communication....the staff needs to show new members how to use the machines ...theres a lot of improvement needed...the Gym is poorly managed, the showers stink. Its smells like a sewage in there .

Great place to get in a good workout, friendly staff.Male bathrooms are not very clean and the music they are playing is loud and not good.
