Customer service was great and enough variety on appliances. Prices competitive. I viewed a double oven which was faulty and was reluctant to see more.

I bought a Bosch fridge freezer and were very satisfied with the service from Liza.I bought Defy 481L chest freezer and there was no stock at Brakpan, but Liza arrange for a delivery from another branch and stayed with me on Whatsapp till the day of delivery. Now that is service. Thanks again Liza!

We've been buying our major appliances from Hirch the past few years. Excellent sales team, thank you Vishal Rabbinen, prompt follow ups. Delivery next day and the delivery team unpacked and connected my washing machine for me this morning. End to end customer satisfaction so far.

Extremely unhappy with the level of after-sale service received. My return and refund is pending for months now. Called on Saturday 2 July 2022 to check on the return and refund and was spoken to in a very ill-mannered way. Based on my experience, this customer definitely came last!

Terrible services salesperson seemed not interestedThe products we were offered eventually was told it's voetstoets,if it didn't come with a pipe, manual etc was not the stores problemSo basically trying to sell us a 2nd hand washing machineJust terrible won't ever use Hirsh stores
