We were mostly happy with everything, the food and service at the counter, except for the service at the tables. We dined in at the tables provided, but there were no service at the tables. We had no napkins, had to go stand in the que again to get napkins of which they ran out of but got some hand towls at least. There are no condiments at the tables either.

Not happy, after we received our food we were told “O” there is no garnish. This was after we had to go wait in the parking lot because they never allow you to wait in line when using the Drive Thru, so that they can skew the waiting times. We al ready paid for the food as well. Honestly unacceptable!!I was actually shocked they had chicken in stock!

I had an bitter sweet moment at KFC Wonderboom junction. I bought a meal and when I was supposed to collect my meal it fell down and only 1 box fell on the ground and that staff member who was assisting me, assisted me with a smile and addressed me nicely. So I recommend that people must go there for a meal, they will have a wonderful experience. Thank you

All they do is chat and laze around while there's a long que of customers waiting to be assisted .You will repeat what you want them to put in your order and they will still get it WRONG because their focus is always shifted .Patricia has a stinking attitude .

They are so quick, the service is so amazing and how they present your meal they check it with you to see if they have all the meal that you have ordered correctly.

The system where the staff in the drive thru gets timed from the moment an order is placed to the time it gets handed over to the client does not work.The staff play the system by not taking the order at the intercom system. You place your order at the pay window. They then shout the order to the kitchen. After this they ask your order again to type it into the computer as they have forgotten it by this time.After finally paying you get told to wait in the parking for your order that isn't done yet. All this to beat with a system that rates their performance on the time that a car spends in the drive thru queue.I'm sure the drive thru stats look great for the store, but customer satisfaction is very low.
