Useless place never stock what i needed and it's not like major items like n socket sizes out of stock ask for a o ring don't have stock bad very bad stock controlling they can close there doors

I'm an auto zone fan, you'll always find car parts and accessories at good prices. You can definitely see the worldwide shortage of parts from the empty shelves but it's a sign of the times not a reflection of the store. They still have plenty on offer and the salesman always helpful with matching and advising on parts. I bought a car jack and wheel spanner for R300 all in, well worth it I'd say!

Went there to buy a car battery a few months ago. Had the car with the old battery parked outside the shop. Wanted to take the battery out of the car parked outside and buy a battery and immediately install it in the car. I needed a spanner. The guys at the back would not give me a spanner and forced me to buy a 10-spanner to be able to take out my old old battery, even though I was about to buy an expensive battery from them. They would not make a plan even to assist me. I was desperate and bought the spanner just so that I could buy a new battery from them to be able to drive away. This is AutoZone.

Quiet and safe. The people who work here are absolutely kind, nice, and very helpful. They know how to help you find what you need within the constraints of your budget. You can get most essentials here from oils, car accessories like mats, tyres etc.

Not very friendly over the phone and when you are transferred to a sales person they barely speak to you. Rude and bad customer service.

Send emails twice last week to get prices on service kits and still no response. Tried calling and the phone got hung up on me. Calling that great service.
