Bought family meal and added large livers. Livers were dry with little sauce and only 1/4 in a large container.

My order was incorrect and to drive back was a waste of my time. Chips were great chicken not bad but the livers were burnt.

This has to be the worst Nando's in the country. Speed points don't work. They constantly decline then cashier has the ordasity to ask if I have money in my account. When I ask her what the speedpoint says about the error then she says it cannot connect due to loadshedding. I had to draw physical cash at ATM to make the purchase. Then we could not sit and eat in the restaurant as all their employees were eating and having a chat on the customer seats. So we sat on the benches. When we ask one of the employees why they do this she asks where we expect them to sit and have lunch. I must talk to the manager if I'm not happy.Food was bad by the way. If in the area I will just choose steers or spur which are efficient and food has never dissapointed.

I bought a 1/4 chicken and pap with relish, the meat barley had source and the relish was very little. The meal was dry

Gave my family and I a runny tummy, thought it's something else and not the meat. My workplace had a Valentines day lunch and we got nandos from norkem park,same thing happened.

Call and collect worked best for us on a very busy load shedding night. The rolls were fresh, it was a great experience.. Give it 45 minutes if you don't want to Dissapoint yourself. On quiet days, 15 min or less should be enough.
