UPDATED - Originally one starafter what felt like ages the store manager was able to reach out to Cape union support and find out that my order had gotten lost in the system and the IT department failed to notify anyone of the issue.head office has reached out to me and improved my view of the entire brand.Original and less satisfied review below------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------staff insisted that instead of buying online i use the Omnichannel in store purchase option, I cannot get through to omnichannel to enquire about my order and it has been a full week now.Cape union manager assured me that it would not take more than 3 days. very dissatisfied with the level of service I have received.

Very rude. Don't answer their phone and we can see they are in the shop. Was sent by another branch to buy a k way jacket as they have in stock. They will definitely not get my sale even if they are the only branch that has in stock.

Lovely place to buy outdoor and camping items. The store has a variety of quality products. K-Way brand is one of my reason to visit this store.

After dayssss of struggling with SRC and its IT department, the two ladies in store never showed any form of exhaustion and frustration towards me. The one lady was constantly on the phone trying to figure out what the issue might be, and the manager was so supportive and helpful towards her and myself as well.Problem still not sorted out, but definitely grateful and happy for such hardworking people.
