The food is nice but my gosh the person taking the order is horrible. Can't spell?! Took my like 10min to give my address. And the manners.... everytime she can't hear me its Heh!!!" very loudly in my ear. Not "excuse me"...."

This evening I decided to buy food by chicken perfect and when I got home to have my food it was a massive disappointment its was a disgrace to see the quality of food they serve there. It was 2 thin piece drumstick no meat oily and hard chips. Not what was advertised.

Come on order meal with salad,,do you expect customers to do their own checking of their order?? Get to place to eat, open bag,n serviettes no fork, not even salt and pepper ~ you assume all your client's eat with their hands? and wipe hands on their clothes? Thanks, I'll never ever support your establishment again, if you can't get the basics right, what about the rest?

Ordered on Uber Eats and for 2 orders in a row I got under filled boxes of chips. R25 for a large chips and I don't get what I paid for!

Cheeseburgers come with no cheese. Wouldn’t mind if they just said their out of cheese. How about at least some attempt at customer service, just get miserable faces. Yet another example of perfect South African service. Nope, not recommended.

Really? Ordered a LARGE fries and in return received a large holder just over half filled with fries? This is unacceptably poor service for the price you pay for a large portion of fries!
