Zero customer service.I applied for fibre at the beginning of August, I handed a completed application form to two of their agents who confirmed that my account would be debited end of August, nothing about when the fibre would be installed. I emailed them end of August and was advised that they did not receive my application form, Vicky-Ann sent me another one to complete which I did then they came back saying my banking details were incorrect but still no feedback on when the fibre will be installed. I emailed the correct banking details and asked when I would hear back from them about the installation and received no response.I sent them another emailed today asking when I can expect a call regarding the installation, Michelle responded with yet another set of forms to be completed with different prices (the original prices that were in the form I handed to them by hand). I am so frustrated because we can only use this company in the block of flats we recently moved to but I truly do not want to deal with them. Their customer service is shocking and extremely frustrating. I must constantly chase them during my working hours and they have no regard for people’s time.

Comx Networks need to get better at resolving queries faster. I have a 200/200Mbps line have had constant ping variations and packet loss for the first 3 months. I was experiencing this for 3 months and their support team couldn't assist, management couldn't assist. It took a serious escalation and threats of cancelation to actually get the problem solved. At least for 6 months I'll actually get what I'm paying for.

The Internet is down more than it is on. On a 50/50 line, but speed is always slow and weak connection. They take for granted that some estates don't have other Infrastructure available so customers must just be satisfied with the poor service. Streaming like in 1920... Very unhappy customer.

Not too happy with this ISP. we ordered a 50/50 yet never saw this speed. closest speed was low 30s. After month after complaining i gave them an ultimatum to resolve the issue. ComX proposed a call out and requested i accept to pay an R850 which i rejected and requested to cancel as per an email sent end of August.

Accounts department: Please reply to my emails you are double debiting me.:(( It's been weeks and i still havent received a reply. Over the span of 2 months debits have been going off 4 times. Please help
