I am happy with the service. The only issue was that at the time I wanted to make an order via the app the restaurant was offline. I am not sure what was the issue, could have been loadsheding.

Quick and efficient service, friendly staff we got to kid around as there weren't many customers at the time. The branch is very neat and tidy, to me that's a plus as hygiene is very important, especially during this global COVID 19 pandemic

I ordered lemon and herb full chicken cut into 8. When I dished up,there was only one thigh,one drumstick,2 half wings and pieces of breasts. I was so disappointed and I stay at Ezibeleni and could not waste petrol by going back to complain about the terrible order. I highly doubt if I'll ever go back there again.

Sometimes in small towns, you anticipate a lowering of standards. But that wasn’t the case with the Nandos in Queenstown. It’s on a busy city street with lots of vehicle and pedestrian traffic. Entering from the street you find that familiar Nandos quality. The food was good, presented well. We has quarter chicken leg meal mild with chips and full portion chicken livers with chips. The restaurant offers sanitizer and is clean with all the amenities that are hallmarks of a Nandos like the basin for hand washing. The art and decor pays homage to the area (Eastern Cape) and isn’t your conventional shopfit. It’s good to see such lovely art which is a testament of the extensive corporate art collector the brand is.

Long que and 1 cashier on 27 Dec 2022 @ 14h55. There was no meat and were rudely told to wait 20 minutes. Eventually another male Cashier came but was not polite or courteous at all with customers. They told us it's not their problem that they got busy and ran out of chicken.

I walked in, paid for my order, I came back for it an hour and half later to pick it up, yet it wasn't ready.They had decided to pass off my hotpots to another customer. So I had to to wait some more while they prepared my hotpots. Very frustrating when you have a long drive back home.

Quiet,spot, in a busy town.Can be quite busy.Delivery service is available.Dining area,also available and take away facility. Staff deliver very good service
