Just had a flotation session, pretty cool, I feel great afterwards but I feel I need one or more sessions to really absorb the experience. I did fail to turn the light off to make it completely dark but just closing your eyes does the say. Maybe a little herb would assist. Definitely worth a try.

All in a beautifully designed building with secure access. Have an appointment? You can wait in the tranquil lounge and pick up a magazine or hop outside and stop by any of the famous coffee shops or restaurants that fills the street.

I went for an appointment at Cape Town Osteopaths (Dr. Lizanne) and my mind was blown. Have been struggling for more than 10 years with intense heaches and after only 1 session (3 - 4 are recommended) my headaches are already about 40% better. Highly recommended!
