Flase Advertising. The Crunch Meal is TINY. The burgers size can fit in the palm of my hand. Mind that the advertisement for the crunch meal took up a whole large screen as if its a big deal. A Meal is supposed to be more than a handful? The Wrapsta Box Meal is a huge disappointment and the presentation was sloppy. It wasn't even folded properly. They forgot the salad too?Horrible packaging? The tiny burgers were just thrown in and loosely packed.Horrible customer service, You pay alot to get few. Never going there again unless they actually up the size of the food and improve their packaging. Compared to other restaurants in the area this one was scertainly disappointing.I know its just re-opened but for a grand re-opening it does not give what its supposed to.

Made a small pit stop on our way to visit the family whilst on the way from Church. I must mention that the KFC was extremely clean. The staff where friendly. The wife had a small issue with the chicken and they exchanged it with out a fuss.

Usual KFC, nombuso was extremely rude. I work with people all day and I was nice to her. I visit kfcs around KZN 25 times a month. Probably the worst service at a kfc yet . Was charged R16 for the R12 coke. That burger wasn't a kfc bun or patty.

The chicken is uncooked and when its cooked it seems like it was refried a few times. The zinger burgers are small just like a crunch burger. After they reopened the food is not the same. I'm buying for so long and now I rather drive to Florida road to get kfc yet I live 100m from southway mall.

The service is so inconveniencing, it’s been over 3 days in a row now they don’t have ice cream and if you ask stuff they just get mad at you. Why can’t they have everything like other KfC in the country. Such a disappointment

The shop is now open again after the floods, there is what appears to be a security person keeping an eye on things. We had super service. For us KFC is a treat meal. I can strongly recommend the eatery as there is plentiful safe off road parking and you are not bothered by any one. The area is well lit. The premises parking which is sited in on a mall is easy to get in and out of. They get a big thumbs up from me.
