The service is very very poor. They only have 2 cell numbers and they also never answer. The internet quality is very bad and you dont get what you pay for and they make all kind of excuses. I wouldn't recommend them even if they were the last place in earth.

Maybe I'm not paying because I am not receiving a service. We have been with you for probably 2 years and have payed. Giving you the benefit of doubt that you will come right. Our internet problem has been going on for more than 12 months and I have the WhatsApp messages to prove how long I've been battling to get it sorted properly. I've sent messages to the technician at least 1 a month for the last 12 months. And lately every day for a week at a time the last 3 months.We have a 8mb line.barely get 4mb and sometime nothing but they expect you to pay in full. Even though I'm in daily contact with the technical support person which is the same 1 person everytime who does nothing about the problem. Doesn't read his messages and when he does he just says he'll check. They do only have two numbers to contact. Admin and technical support. There are like 4 people working for this company, 1 technician on support line and 2 people who do installations and repairs at houses. No wonder the service is so useless.

The service is poor and they won't get back to you when you have a problem, their connection can disconnect for hours during the day every day and during bad whether there can be no service for the whole day.Don't fall for their cheap prices
