Very Dodgey Service , PLEASE BE CAREFUL!...I'm not happy with the way you deliberately neglected my delivery yesterday as my parcel was taken home by your driver. You kept me waiting for the order promising countless times all through Friday that the parcel is on route and will be delivered, you gave me his number to call him to which both numbers were unanswered. Your service is shoddy to say the lease. I will not recommend your services to others, please if you are a potential client reading this please be wary, as this is their sort of behavior.

Wow. Truly mind-blowingly bad service. My parcel was due for delivery last by last Friday. Tracking showed that it was collected and I waited at home for it. For some unknown reason it never arrived and went back to the depot. I called and was promised that it would be delivered on Saturday. Again, nothing. Eventually it arrived on Tuesday. No explanation, no apology. Quite disgraceful.

This is the worst courier I have ever used, when doing online shopping, they clearly don't understand what customer service is. My first order that was delivered by this company had mixed communications, they kept sending me emails to say delivery will be done by close of business... Yet nothing. Delivery was eventually done after 5 days, am in Gauteng and the order was picked up in a Kempton Park also in Gauteng....2nd order was made on the 24th Nov 2022,first email from Fastway was sent to me on the 25th Nov saying that the parcel was picked up for delivery... Got an email on the 29th Nov at 8:50am for delivery to take place on the same day..... Nothing was delivered on the 29th....Got an email on the 30th Nov at 8:49am that delivery will take place on the same day, at time of receiving the email I was highly upset, irritated because the track my parcel" functionality does not help me as a customer in any way..... Parcel was eventually delivered at 17:10pm... I asked the ladies that delivered it why I was sent an email the day before that my parcel would be delivered on the 29th Nov

I had order a package on the 25th of April and today is the 4th of may and it still has not been delivered. For 3 days in a row it has said it is out for delivery and not been delivered. Then I called and was told they had spoken to the driver and it would be delivered by 4 and guess what still no package. Absolutely pathetic service

Very unreliable and dishonest. I received an email at 7:30, saying my parcel is loaded in the van, so I cancelled all my plans. At 18:00 my delivery was updated to The courier was unable to locate the consignee. The courier has returned the parcel to the depot to obtain a new delivery instruction."No attempt made to call me. No contact details provided for me to follow up

Fast way couriers is the worst courier service ever. When they are due to deliver, (after you as the customer has paid for your parcel to be delivered to your doorstep), their driver will call you and tell you that they are only delivering to Mamelodi Police station, sighting that their drivers are either getting robbed or high jacked.First of all, we have had no communication from the supplier advising that they are not delivering for to door. Their drivers are even worse, because they will call you and arrange deliver, not to your door, without you even being aware that they will not come deliver to your door, and they tell you that they are rescheduling your delivery .Disappointed is an understatement

Honestly, I would really not recommend Fastway to anyone that values quick and reliable delivery. Perhaps they will work for a business that sends less urgent parcels or that doesn't care how long it takes for their package to be delivered. If you are looking for good service delivery and customer service, Fastway is not the right place, unfortunately. Also watch out because once you've made a payment to them, you can't get a refund.We moved from Fastway to PUDO and it was honestly the best move to make! Same price range, exponentially better service.Just my honest opinion. I would be less inclined to write this review if their staff was more willing to admit their fault or correct their mistakes, but unfortunately this is also not the case.

Absolutely useless company. Every time this company has to deliver to me they have a 1000 excuses and when you start phoning .... the driver had a breakdown.As of today, I refuse to do business with any e-commerce business that uses Fastway Couriers as a delivery service.

They deserve no stars. Absolutely incompetent team of people. They are probably the worst in the country. If you value your customers and keeping them happy. DO NOT use this courier service for your business. Disgusting service. Scammers. My parcel which i needed for this weekend has been on a joyride for the past few days. I wonder when it will arrive. They might as well keep it and refund me.
