I would never recommend this place to anyone,the noise is on another level there is one person who is untouchable he does what ever he wants. loud music weekend and during the week,and he can't be stopped.the people that park outside the complex don't care about people inside,when they come back from the groove, they just decide to park outside and play loud music in their cars in the middle of the night.if you love peace and quiet belhar vista is not for you.

not alot was done as stated wen we applied for the property. The security is bad as there are still alot of breaking into cars and the parks are always dirty. The parking needs to be sorted as well as there are limited space for everyone.

Seems like residents don't even have parking for their own vehicles, parking is basically first come first serve, for visitors you'll definitely join the unlucky residents outside. Very friendly security stuff at the gate and the apartments have a potential for investors.

Very new Residential Gated Complex. Very neat. New complexes still under construction. Has parks for children. Canopied Car park, air conditioned. Two room apartments.

Place is dirty, alcohol bottles laying all over the place, smelling piss like piss. Looks bad especially over weekends.
