I waited for more than and hour to test and after I complained as there were lots of people behind me cougand sick that's when we were told we will be attended. And after we were told that we will be attended it took them an hour to come and tell us we will be attended. From 10:30-13:00 nobody was attended. I had to go to the other town as nothing is happening at Dischem randburg Square than people infecting each other by waiting and coughing.

This rating is for the security lady who was on shift. Her name badge Busisiwe N or Busiswa N. Very rude lady and the worst security lady I’ve ever encountered. If you work with people, PR is manditory, so is a smile and being helpful. You don’t hate anything out of being rude to a client. She was so rude and ignored while I asked her questions of a product she is standing next to. All she could have done was just answer.
