Great service from owner, with a huge range of cannabis products and strains. I must say I especially enjoyed the Pre Rolled Blunts which was so good.

The store does not do in-store sales. One must go into the store to place an order, only to be told that the order will be delivered to the person's home. When placing an order, the employee did not give me the option to pay in-store but suggested that the order can be paid for when delivered. I went in-store at 10am and was told that it will be delivered by lunch (1-2pm). At 5:30pm, I called the owner and was told that the delivery is on its way. At 7pm I called the owner and was told that as a new customer, I am not prioritized and furthermore, as someone who did not pay for the order in-store, I am not prioritized. Furthermore, I am told that the driver is outside my house. When I looked, I saw no driver. This is because the owner and driver confused my address with a different person and actually there was no driver outside my house. Summary: poor customer service, shady business practices, and owner has entitlement attitude, believing he is 'helping' and 'doing favors' for clients, when in fact it is a transaction and customer service is of utmost importance. This service is unreliable and if we are talking about the stock, there is more affordable elsewhere and is not worth the price or quality. Save your money and avoid purchasing at this business. They are plagued with suspicious characters, people attempting to derail the business, under-staffing, poor communication, and honestly, transactions should be simpler and more drama-free than this.
