Absolute excellent experience and deliverance! The staff have that personal touch even while having to deal with loadshedding. Am absolutely inlove with my nails. Thank you so much SkinPhD Kolonnade! First time at a SkinPhd, pity I'm moving to Cape Town but will surely look for a branch that side and am sure they will be just as great.

I had a gel manicure.Worst experience ever.Either the product quality is VERY BAD OR THE TECHNICIAN SKILLS.Nails chipped in 3 days.When I returned to speak to the manager she WAS RUDE AND DEFENSIVE SAYING THE GELISH IS RECFOR PEDICURES ONLY. SHE OFFERED NO APOLOGY.A FEW MINUTES LATER A WHITE LADY WALKS IN WITH A SIMILAR COMPLAINT AND SHE PROMPTLY ASSISTS HER.I WILL NEVER GO THERE AGAIN.Bad service ,bad attitude and sub-standard product
