Great service, replaced two faulty and very old taps (one of which was completely frozen. Replaced leaking under sink mesh water pipes that had rusted. Very professional, prompt, friendly. Will be calling this firm again in the future to replace other deteriorated plumbing fixtures. Top service, reasonable price. Called them this time because they'd been prompt, efficient, and fair price eighteen months ago for septic block clearing.

I had Robyn come out to replace a garden tap which was an old style one with copper pipe out of the ground and her attitude was fantastic , down to earth , on time (which is rare these days) and above all her knowledge was impressive and not a rip off as experienced with other companies in the past. Highly recommend this company and will definitely be using them for any work in the future.

I highly recommend Quokka Plumbing & GAS. I received same day service to resolve many plumbing issues in my house and a lot more. Robyn went above and beyond to resolve my plumbing issues which could not be completed in one late afternoon, she got straight into the job and worked until late, Brian finished the job the next day and Robyn arrived to ensure all work was completed. Thanks guys really appreciate getting everything resolved so quickly.

Had a horrible experience. Quoted 149 for tap installation and came saying its an easy job. She took out my sink tap and said that the builder did not install the original tap properly so cant finish the job. Left the tap in the sink took the money and left. She even mentioned that cant fix back the original tap because it will be loose. Came with a working tap and left my family stranded with a non working tap. Mockery of plumbing and bring the word dodgy to the next level.

Had a water leak in the cavity wall and Robyn was able to come out the next day to fix. She quickly worked out where the leak was coming from and came up with the best and most cost effective way of fixing it. Lovely person to deal with and explains everything that needs to be done as well. I would definately use them again and would highly recommend them.

Horrified to discover that we had a leak in the wall. Called these guys (24 hour service) and Robyn was over the next morning. Took out the piece of wall, fixed the pipes, repaired the wall. I was astonished at how cheap they were. In Southern River. More power to these people. Locals that are super efficient and professional.

We have got installed dishwasher today. Brian did a fantastic job in a professional manner. Top of the trade knowledge. Even went extra mile and helped us to install the filter to the smart refrigerator. Value for money. Great service with knowledgeable team member. Best job ever had in recent days. Highly recommend to anyone seeking job to immediate attention with minimum cost.
