Sunningdale Medical & Dental Centre

Very dissapointed with the Accounting department- Shantal submitted an account with an incorrect/missing code resulting in medical aid rejecting the invoice. This was only picked up 9 months later, after numerous calls between my med aid and Shantal, I told her what the M/A needed from her side in order for them to release payment.17 months later we find out she failed to comply with the request as per medical aid and we have been handed over to debt collectors - non payment was due to her error. She did not apologize - A don't care attitude. Will not go back

I have shadowed the doctors at the centre and had an appointment with Dr. Reese before and can say the staff is wonderful and very informed.

Not even worth 1 star rating. Service from the admin department Addeline absolutely disgusting. Stinking attitude. As a financial Adviser , I will never ever recommend my clients going there.
