Needed to get my son a squash racket and was in the area so I popped in.No shop-assistants approached to help me but once it was established that I was going to be purchasing such then a shop-assistant was on hand to write his sales-code on the price tag for his commission to be processed I would think, not very cool.

Great service. They didn't have the shoe size I need but the shop assistant went out of his way to help me and I ordered the correct size online and still got the in store discount and the shoes were delivered within 5 working days. Thank you.
