Even a one star rating of the service is way to generous. A 45 minute wait on getting assistance with an online order that their system could not pick up is despicable. The supervisor Ntobeh or Ntombeh and staff kept looking at me even though i had requested their attention several times. It was only after 20 minutes when I asked to speak to the supervisor that she decided that she was ready to help. I am greatly disappointed.

They have on numerous occasions given me incorrect orders. And often times they serve food prepared the day before. For the price that one pays, the quality of the food and service is terrible.

Been waiting for over 5 minutes at Maxwel St.. EMpangeni Drive thru no one even explained why I was not being attended to, but they say they open the shop at 6am!!!... Mnxm!!!!!!

One of the days last week I went to the store . Followed the traffic to the ordering mic . I wanted to order a family feast and was told that they did not have chicken after wasting so much fuel following the queue. I left without buying any meal from KFC. I went to Nandos and bought my meal

Hi on a super hot day like today 30th October 2022 they couldn't serve my kids ice-cream. They gave me a poor response was it would melt.I will never go back there. I told all my friends and family not to support that particular KFC
