It's been very difficult to find a local company that teaches private lessons that I can actually afford. I have always had an interest in yoga, but was always too intimidated to join a studio or gym due to personal reasons. I had tried other local companies, such as OmRevolution, where I was charged a very large fee for a teacher that didn't even pitch... Eventually I was referred by a friend to SS Yoga and I was able to pay for a monthly package of private lessons that cost me the same as most studios.

So far, every lesson has taken me deeper into my practice. My teacher has always been very friendly, courteous and professional, but most importantly, has become my guru and my pillar of discipline within my journey of yoga. I am proud to be a part of the Samhara Shakti family!
