Lovely restaurant but majority of the food in the menu was not available. The wait for the food to be prepared was longer but the portions are big enough for the price offered.I think they should introduce more seats outside because the restaurant was busy during the weekend. Waiters were polite and served with a smile on the face, they were really nice. The food was average, so the coffee.

The atmosphere is amazing, and the food presentation was not too bad. However, the taste and the texture of the food were not up to standard. The pasta was very dry and stiff as if it stood for a few days, the chicken was burned at the bottom and over cooked on the inside, the Thai curry was really not authentic and had a ton of pepper, the sweet chillie chicken had no flavor besides bottled sweet chillie sauce. The fruit was super sour.

Lovely view of the surrounding botanical gardens and adequate seating. Food is on the expensive side and quite bland. Managers are very friendly and amiable, but the service itself is very poor/long (though the owner did mention they are half staffed in the week so I have sympathy, just be warned if you decide to visit during the week).Great potential, but the quality is just not there yet sadly.Edit: Revising my review to 1 star. After receiving the bill we noticed they had swapped out the meat in our schnitzel without telling us. We ordered a chicken schnitzel and they gave us pork without saying a word. We didn't initially notice because that is just how bland the food tasted.

We came in for lunch and we were told that they were about to close, we said it's okay. Then the lady came and said it's fine they can prepare food for us... minutes later we were told that their speedpoint machine is not working. We were called to come up at the deck because the reception is better, while we were waiting for the lady to come with the speedpoint, the other one called us to come down by the chairs and saying the network is better there. We finally made our payment, we waited and waited for our food which they promised they'll call us when it's ready... When we asked they said the food is inside because we didn't pay the tip .. when we got inside, the place was untidy and my burger was soggy and the kids couldn't eat their wings.. the manager offered us the drinks for free.. the service was not good, including the food. I will never buy food there again..

Food was delicious. Excellent and friendly service. Restaurant was very busy but we did not have to wait long for our food. This restaurant has definitely become a family favorite

First time visiting this place. Very very slow service. Personnel gathering together talking to eachother and not paying attention to customers. I waited more than 10 minutes and had to call one of the waiters as she came to table opposite me to bring their bill. I ordered tea and toasted rye.... After a long wait she brought the tea and left. I was devastated to see how dirty the cup and milk jug was!!! I called for the waitress and pointed it out to her. She agreed on it and said she will call the manager.. I waited and waited - neither the toasted rye nor the manager pitched up. I got up, left the dirty cup and milk as is and walked out. Definitely Not to return.

I thought I had eaten bad food prior at Irene FarmThis is by far thee worst food I have ever ever eaten. Poor grade ingredients.Low quality condiments.It's just bad. Shame and the poor waiters are very helpful and you can see they used to complaints.

Went to the restaurant after a 2 hour hike. The place is beautiful because it's in the botanical gardens. However the food was not up to standard. I ordered the chicken burger with cheese and it sort of smelt like the veggies put inside the burger were slightly stale, but chicken pattie itself was great and well seasoned. Additionally the only chips they offer are wedges, which doesn't make sense because that particular type of chip style, is only suitable with certain types of meals. Would appreciate it if they include normal deep fat fried chips. Furthermore, the food took a while to arrive, eventhough they state the wait time is 25 mins.The place honestly has potential I would advise the owners to look at ways to produce better quality and tasting food + providing a suitable range of options on the menu.

The food wasn’t the best at all ,they claimThe burger is 100% beef petty but it was processed and also used some cheap tomato sauce with another sauce in a water bottle…but they have the friendliest staff….

Eagles Fare Restaurant & Wedding Venue
Never had a good experience at restaurant. It is situated in such a lovely setting, however the service is poor. The waiters just don't like working there. The food is also not great. Just a total disappointment. Tables dirty. Oh, and don't ask for the table to be cleaned... you will be drowned under the Waterfall.
