Absolutely worst experience... don't even bother to make an appointment to see the Sr....as they will still take walk in before an appointment....

Well been in line for close to 25 minutes and there are a few tellers but doing their tills and people just standing. Unacceptable

Love the store, front of house customer service is great. The dispensery however is very badly managed, staff at self-help counter is computer illiterate or incompetent and there is no other assistance available. Received really bad service after waiting 20min for staff member to assist one other customer. Ended up leaving and going to Van Heerdens Pharmacy.

False advertising, poor understanding of CPABefore going to the till, I enquired about the promotion/price with Mathapelo in the aisle. Unfortunately, at the till at higher price was charged. Cheryl Smit, then changed the price but did not offer the promotion stating that it was not.As can be clearly seen, it does not exclude the Barista Blend.Cheryl Smit, chose to not comply with the Act and also stated that nobody else complained so there is no need to change the signage.

There is a Very rude lady with red hair and serious black eyeliner at the dispensary. (I didn't get her name, so I will use a description that fits). This was the 2nd time that I was at the receiving end of her condecending attitude. She should work on her people skills or rather don't work where she clearly doesn't want to be. Is she aware that its bad for business and unprofessional to treat customers like they are stupid, when they ask if there is a generic version of a particular medication? Who does she think she is? This is the last time I will go there, and I'm not the only one who had this experience with her. By the way, the people at Arrie Nel Pharmacy were happy to help me.

On Saturday 23/7/2022 I returned 2 items to CUSTOMER SERVICE" A lady named Integrity assist me. She was extremely rude and unfriendly. It was not only myself hearing and seeing this. Another client next to me said she had the same experience with her before I arrived. Poor service indeed from customer service from this person. Her attitude is not good for the clients!!"

Thank you to the lady in the vitamin aisle (so sorry that I did not catch your name) who assisted me to find the Hedelix cough syrup I was looking for and for your recommendations. I was having a really lousy day feeling ill and just plain upset in general and could not find it anywhere. I called ahead and confirmed the store had stock. The lady who assisted me in store could see I was not having a good day and that I could not find what I was looking for. She came to my aid with the biggest smile and such kindness. From the bottom of my heart thank you for your kind service.

The service at this Dischem has become appalling. There is no queue management (or any kind of management!!!) at the tills. I have been phoning to make an appointment at the clinic, but to no avail. The call is simply dropped time and time again. Pathetic service! Time to move on to another pharmacy.
