The service is horrible, the jacuzzi wasn't working when we got there. We had to wait for it,the water was cold, the swimming pool was dirty, the place smells its just dirty, their gowns are dirty ,they only have 4 gown that aren't accomo dative of bigger people. The only thing that went right was the massage. I definitely won't be recommending the place. Oh and it was a struggle to even get in

Bad customer service got there at 3 only to find out that the is only 1 person who does nails,mind you we had an appointment..We left at 5:30 with no nails done..I would never recommend this bloody place to anyone

It was not very pleasant, the ladies were unwelcoming n unkind. The massage lasted 45 minutes instead of an hour. The facial was poorly done.

Terrible experience. The owner did not even get out of bed, her workers called her I waited an half an hour for her. I feel so sorry for the poor staff.
