I called Norwest Appliance Service purely based on how good the Google Reviews are and they did not disappoint. Carl showed up in the time frame he gave, replaced a heating element in my oven on the spot and provided some tips for using the oven. Could't be happier with the service. Carl explained that they also repair and service other household appliances, so i'm very happy we've found someone reliable in our area for the future!

I called 2 repairers one was Carl(norwest appliance service) and the other company who said it would take 2 weeks to order part and 2 call out charges and to pay part before ordering.Carl got the part number over the phone and ordered the part and installed all within a 48 hour period and only took the money once the work was completed.Carl is very professional and knows his work well. I highly recommend as one stop repairer who is reliable.

When we first moved into the rental property the oven was working. Then all of a sudden it stopped working. After reporting to real estate this service was provided and was exceptional. The serviceman knew exactly what he was doing pinpointed the problem and all was fixed in under 10 minutes. Highly recommend this business.
