So disappointed. I was asked if I wanted a typical terrier cut which cuts the face and ears and I specifically asked that they leave her face as it was, well that fell on deaf ears, and I received a completely shorn dog, by way of apology I was told it would grow back, not good enough. not enough care taken, they need to make a note of what the owner wants,

Absolutely disgusted. I took my pekengese for a bath, nail clip and clean paws. They cut his hair shorter, even his ears. I am livid. They bathed him about 2 months ago, it eas R150. I wanted the same done, but they decided to cut his hair. This time I paid R220 for something I did not ask for. I will never go back there. My peke has been so uncomfortable since I fetched him.
