The staff there is very rude and unprofessional had a package that was delivered to them 3 days before and they didn't call nor inform us. Upon going there the staff was speaking about me indirectly until I has to call them out of it

A bit of a mixed bag, from friendly,extremely helpful & outstanding to one incident where it seemed the staff member had no real interest(nor ability) to assist me with an order for a stamp! I had to drag the service out of her! I still recommend them though

The parcel arrived 2 days ago and there has been no communication from Postnet. Sarah" received the parcel and blatantly told me there is too many parcels for her to call and notify everybody. Pathetic customer service from them and I would recommend going to a different branch as the staff is rude and have no manners. I hope calls to the store are recorded so their superiors can hear how they treat customers. Absolutely disguisting service."

Arrived at 17:04 and was all closed up and nobody answering any calls. Emergency numbers don’t work. Nobody to assist. Office hours during the week are 08:00-17:30 on weekdays yet all locked up

R5 per page to scan. Which is almost double to print a page!and there is an additional charge to then email the scanned document to you.

Bad customer service. I know these Covid times are tough with reduced staff and social distancing.... but there is just no urgency to process customers quickly as well as no communication to let the queuing customers know the that they will be with them soon... they are short staffed etc. Not the workers fault... but management... who don't train their staff properly.

Staff somewhat ok but I had a very bad experience today when I got there 5:29 On the dot and they refused to attend to me, stating that they had closed, i would assume since it was a pickup it would not be so much of a hassle. But they refused to attend to me even though I could clearly see them and it was just a few seconds to closing. It's a business as much they should give room to a few minutes extra to attend to their customers, it's just sad I'm total, I guess there isn't competition enough for them.

Careful when dealing with this branch they over charge you and then when I questioned it and said I would post the review the indian woman helping me took the paper and tore it up and redid the invoice to the correct amount.
