Very busy, which is always a good sign, they spent over an hour examining my wife's car for problems & refused to take any money for it, that sort of service is very uncommon in this day & age.

I was very happy and excited when i first got my Hyundai 2 months ago. Sadly, I didn't get a spare key, a few issues mentioned within first week were not resolved. My keys were stolen and now I lose my no claim bonus, and have to pay more than my monthly instalments for a new key. I have now been a week without a car. How can I take this further?
