It cannot be that every customer is complaining about your staff, management should listen. The ladies at the tills have bad attitude always, everydady, It is bad. It is every time you go to this particular pnp. I bought a 25kg mealie meal and when I got at the till, the lady was moody and told me to lift it up. I told her that I cannot lift it by myself, a male customer helped me to put it in the trolley. She insisted I lift it up. few seconds later, she says, give me the bar code, I am like why did you not suggest that from the beginning? I did give a her lecture about customer service. The last month I was there before this incident, a lady customer was also treated unfairly. Her card declined and she insisted it has money can she try again, the cashier with attitude told her It is her card, the lady customer seeing that she is holding the line, calmly took out another card and paid. The cashiers laughed at her and gossiped about her as soon as she left. saying she does not have money. I could not believe this, that customer was not deserving of that treatment. Please take your stuff to training or have consequences for these things. It is bad.

The variety and availability of goods encourages a revisit. Plenty of space. The specials are tempting. The freshness of meat, fruit and vegetables makes one to buy.The staff can be more pleasant. They seemed bored, indifferent . Like to them it is just a job. Some are selective, addressing people well if you are of a certain color. They need to treat everyone the same, a smile, a greeting, make all welcome.

One thing about Greensgone mall, specifically Pick n Pay is that you'll get the most friendliest service and assistance is readily available. Overall superb experience, absolutely loved it!

Ladies who work at the food section are unfriendly,, when I mean unfriendly trust me on this one,, yesterday the 27th on feb at around 1240 I was there trying to get pap,,, unfortunately it was not ready which I understand is not their fault ,, I ask them what time do they think is gonna be ready they ignored me answering facing the other way far not near the counter,, but guess one of the their staff members came looking for the same pass,,, I think that was like their superior or some some sort of a lady who work in the office there,, they where able to serve her pap and kept there waiting.. they are soo unfriendly I hate it

We waited at the butchery area for about 10 minutes and still counting. No one in sight to assist us.Saw another lady frustrated at the cheese area screaming for someone to help her. This is unbelievable. My first time shopping here, I doubt I'll return.
