I was there to buy a secondhand waterpipe for my washingmachine. Think the owner was alone at that time. Was very helpfull. And I bought a pipe from him.

Good service for my appliance.

Worst service ever! My 80year old grandmother hired this company to see to her washing machine back in March 2019. They removed the motor without her consent/knowing. And said the repair will cost more then replacing. Fair enough we tried selling it as spare parts but only to discover 2 months later that the motor was removed. I called and the receptionist Betrus answered and reassured me they will get to the bottom of this and that Andy will give me a call. Next day still waiting for that call. I decided to call back and the receptionist betrus had a different attitude towards this situation saying that there is no proof that they took the motor and that they are not held responsible for this! Of course I got upset as at this stage it felt like they stole this motor from my gran and asked for Andy's number to speak directly as she kept saying Andy will call me which was not going to happen. Betrus very impolite, kept putting my call on hold everytime I would call back and eventually put the phone off the hook. I had to get my father to give them a call which we threatened to get police envolved. I made a review explaining how this company stole our motor. And after 3 days they organized to get someone out to put the motor back as they miraculously find the motor. Andy asked me to remove the status, but I felt the need to elaborate more on the story and not acuse them on stealing. If you hire this company please double check their work. I really don't want anyone going through this embarrassment and drama.

Took my dishwasher in to be fixed because it was leaking water on filling up. After we fetched it,i could not even complete a cycle because it still had the same problem after paying R1100. Got quite a cold shoulder at the shop.No call yet on the status of my dishwasher. It's been a week since I returned it and 2 weeks since we fetched it after it's been fixed." I won't do business with them again."

If I could give zero stars I would. Being threatened by their driver on road just shows what kind of people they are. Do not recommend

Did not find what I was looking for but never the less got good customer service

I sent my Bosch motor and was serviced well am OK with their service and would like to recommend anyone who have a problem with home appliances don't hesitate to call Andy's ...they are exceptional.
