So I made a purchase through tyme bank about a month ago and opted to receive my order in 2days. It's been 30 days now,my calls and texts are being ignored. Worst experience ever!!! This person is wicked. I want my money back!!!!

They don’t even deserve this 1 star. Horrible service with whoever is handling their WhatsApp.I ordered online three wigs I got 2 wigs instead of 3 I still haven’t gotten my money for the third wig on top of that the wigs I got are wrong and horrible.Cheap price means horrible service delivery and poor quality what a waste of money!

Guys did you just blue tick us? Placed orders in December for delivery from 19th Dec per your delivery schedule posted. Since then no communication whatsoever if orders are processed/delayed. Comments on fb are also deactivated

I bought hair from avum on the 13th of January and was supposed to get tracking number in 5-7 days as their promise. Today is the 22nd of February still nothing. They ignoring my WhatsApp messages I'm furious as I'm typing here. They don't even deserve the 1 star rating

The quality of the wigs is terrible, they look nothing like what's on their website. They took long to deliver my order, and when it finally arrived it was just disappointing. The curly wig looks old and worn out, everything about it is just bad!

I would love to leave a negative star rating. Placed an order the 3rd of September. They said that shipment and delivery would take a maximum of 14 days , they only gave my parcel in at paxi yesterday the 22nd of September which means I am only receive it in 7 days time. To top that off they asked for my adress, Montana, but they have sent it to a pep in down town Pretoria. This means I will have to drive a further 16kms ontop of the money I have paid them and the month they are taking to give me an order which will most probably be below par. I would never recommend this business.

One thing for sure is that i want my money back (refund)as im no longer inerested!i ordered on the 4th of december,till today i havent received it on top of that there is no comunication,i sent whats up,and emails nut no answer. I want refund!!!!

Well the business is legit, the do deliver and their wigs are beautiful. At least I'm satisfied with what I got. However they should be honest about the processing and delivery time as it takes 3 weeks. We wait months for overseas parcel and we wait patiently because they don't mislead us. Communication with clients is important if you want to grow your business.

Don't fall for the 14days-processing & delivering thing of theirs. I have ordered on the 3rd of January and today is the 7th of February and still haven't gotten a tracking a number. When I text them they be like we'll send it later/ on Friday (if I texted on Mondays)/ next Monday (if I texted on Friday). We've been going back and forth and nothing is happening shem
