The installation team is so good, by the time I left there was no evidence that there had been contractors in my house -- aside from my snazzy new loft. Happy camper.

My builder employed this company to install a loft ladder. They came to measure on more than one occasion and my builder requested what their requirements was. They still got the measurement wrong. They left the roof hatch in a mess ripped it apart. They left the walls dirty and an absolutely unprofessional job and attitude. We called owner and JJ called back and had a million excuses and attitude offered no solutions. I am happy to provide photographs of the completed job by this company.Other companies also offer colour options for the latch - no options offered to us. We would have preferred chrome as our home is modern. Brass and is outdated.

Ensure you inspect your roof yourself before making any decisions to convert, to make sure you don't have any misunderstandings.Update: I will agree to disagree with you Jay Jay. I know for instance the electrical wire was not discussed as no electrician was organised or discussed until I asked about putting in a light in the loft. Adrian from the installation team was also then also unaware about the electrical wire going over the trap door when he came, hence they had to rearrange to come back.The plumbing was not mentioned to my recollection but when I asked you what the space would look like, you showed me a picture without any plumbing and wires on your phone.On the quote there was also no mention of wires or plumbing that would need to be moved. I see there is a section mentioning these estimated contingency costs but nothing was noted creating the appearance that nothing was required. If wires and plumbing needed to be moved. I suggest in the future you also specify this on the quote to ensure no confusion even if the work is not going to be carried out by yourself.This would ensure greater transparency as well as give more context to the overall cost that could be potentially incurred in carrying out this conversion to your future clients.

Excellent service. They were unbelievably efficient in both communication and quotation, but in installation as well. The contractors at my home on the day were respectful of our space and ensured everything was cleaned and returned to normal!Installation quality was beyond my expectations. Would and have recommended to others!

I will never use this company and I will advise anyone to reconsider doing business with this company.They assault women and their cars. They have also rammed their car doors into pedestrians causing unnecessary injuries.If this is their values, I cannot begin to imagine how they carry out work.Utterly PATHETIC people at this place.Edit: Not a fake review.

The team repaired our loft ladder which needed repairs after over 10 years of use. The team were professional and quick to respond, sending a team out first thing in the morning after my call. The team doing the repair were friendly, fast and very knowledgeable. Highly recommend!

Great service. From initiate enquiry to completion of installing was done in less than 1 week! I got a response on my initial enquiry in a few hours, arranged a site visit the same day (at a time that worked for me). Received formal quotation the next business day. After acceptance, the installation was scheduled for 2 days later.On the day of installation, the team was here at exactly the time that was communicated. There was a small problem with the original plan, as there was a water pipe that was not visible when the initial inspection was done, but the team came up with an alternative solution and the installation was started.The installation was finished later that afternoon and when the team left, everything was spotless. Everything was cleaned up beautifully. No way to tell that construction took place in our house.I can definitely recommend Loft Storage to anyone looking to invest in loft storage.Thank you!
