What a delight to have Melissa on the phone, so on the ball and professional! Two technicians arrived to diagnose why my genie was not starting and within 5 minutes advised on the problem. No call out fee to visit, only if a repair is necessary, then a quote will follow. This was so much more attractive than the manufacturer, who quoted a crazy price just for travelling and a one hour call out. I highly recommend you give GenWorx a call! Well done guys and thanks very much.

What amazing service!My diesel generator needed servicing, and not only was it checked and serviced, I got a full report and it was cleaned up beautifully.I would most definitely recommend GenWorx and will be using them again.

We contacted GenWorx in an emergency as our generator stopped working late afternoon. They arrived at our office first thing the following morning. Our generator was sorted, parts replaced and in working order within an hour. They have extremely qualified technicians and their services are professional.

Our regular service provider did a service a week ago. We discovered that there is a major leak of diesel. We phoned them and they refused to come out, being Friday afternoon. Completely heartless when we explained that there are people on oxygen, with lives depending on. We found from some friends about GenWorx. The manner and promptness of their response was above expectations. Within 2 hours they had fixed the problem. 5 stars well deserved.I am very grateful, may you be blessed .

From the first engagement with Melissa Viljoen (very efficient and professional) to the end of the service delivery, the team was friendly, helpful and extremely knowledgeable.
