I wasn't sure what I wanted... My cashier mistakenly put an order... When she asked for the manager (V) for a void, she was told she shouldn't have put in an order if I wasn't sure... It was a mistake and the manager failed. I don't appreciate managers who aren't good towards their employees. My cashier Lumka was so friendly and helpful in food choice.

Visited the place just two days ago and the customer service was very welcoming. From placing the order to receiving it using the drive tru. The ladies were very nice and professional. Would love to visit again.

Absolutely useless did not what me to order in the drive thru. Had to still wait in the drive thru tho with out a order. Left with out buying any. Will never go back

Always I have a few complaints about the place 1) Drive Thru radio communication is not clear you struggle to hear what they saying on the other side.2) You always wait for something like today I have to wait for a mash & gravy for 10 to 12 minutes.The place really needs improvement seriously.

In general, I love this kfc. It's just unfortunate that they cooked the chicken early today and not fresh. Sad to say that staff try to take shortcuts, as the pressure on busy nights like Friday nights and Saturday nights seems to be too overwhelming... KFC always needs to be fresh. Not cooked hours prior...

Very poorly stocked. They forever don't have something. Today there's no coffee so I said I'll take a coke instead. They don't have coke either. Last week I ordered a meal with a large mash and gravy, paid for it and then they gave me a regular mash and gravy. When I told them I paid for large, they said sorry they don't have. The person or people doing stock need more training.Months later and still the same problem. 2 weeks in a row I've been to this KFC and they don't have something on the menu. Today it was drinks, any kind of drink. Please train whoever is doing the stock. There's another KFC less than 5km away, you are going to lose business.

I didn't receive all my online orders, now need to call them their line does not exist. Even the national customer line could not provide it.
