Wøsh Laundry & Dry Cleaning

I was very disappointed with the dry cleaning of my wedding dress and veil. The dress still has dirt marks on it and looks generally 'grubby' in some areas.Furthermore, there was a hand written tag that was stapled with a stapler in two spots on my veil, which was very difficult to remove. Staples can tear and damage fabric.I called to share my views above, the person who I spoke to seemed confused as to why stapling a garment is bad, I had to explain that staples can tear material and it's difficult to remove, I had to share that pins are safer to use on materials.When I enquired about the dirt marks still on the dress, she asked if she could investigate and call me back, I haven't received a call back.It cost me R700 for this sub-par service. I don't feel comfortable taking the dress back to be re-cleaned because I don't trust that there are professionals doing the dry-cleaning, especially after the staples.Very disappointing.

I recently had an off-the-rack garment altered by WOSH and was most impressed with their new tailor. The hem was stitched exactly as I pinned it and the new hemline was indistinguishable to the parts he did not alter. Perfect dovetail of the two. I also had a belt shortened. While this was not delivered back to Denise in the most timely manner, the work was exactly as I'd hoped for and more than I expected. Good work, Denise, et al. I will be back. Thank you.
