Enjoyed my chicken pieces. Hadn't had them for a very long time. Was told by a young lady while putting in my electronic order that they didn't have ice-cream. I made a joke of that situation telling her that she should have known that I wanted ice-cream and should have made sure that ice-cream was available for me. Just so happened that the ice-cream machine was just ready agai and I was able to get my ice-cream. She then still assisted in by telling me that my order was being prepared before it showed on their viewing system. Thanx young lady for making my experience a memorable one.

Like any other KFC, Commercial Branch is known for its excellent drive thru service with it's always smiling and bubbly staff. Great good always cooked or prepared to perfection for your satisfaction. There is parking too if you wish to dine in.

Food is always greasy and under cooked, staff is more worried about standing chatting than serving customers and every time I have EVER been through the drive though (oh my goodness what a looooong wait) they don't have most of what I'm looking for.

Service and efficiency within the branch but drive through is backed up and slow most times unfortunately. Good quality of KFC though and staff are friendly and helpful
