I took an item back because it didnt work well and only after debating with the manager did they agree to take it back. Over something so small. If i didnt know what i was talking about they wouldnt have budged. Dont expect great customer service.

Great place for affordable party decor and accessories. Don't forget about the huge range of costumes and hats. Very friendly and helpful staff always ready to assist or give some advice. I always enjoy going there because there is so much to see and buy there. You can spend the whole day there and you still would not have seen everything.

The owner is the rudest person! He's so miserable, insulting, and I asked a question about the colour of cardboard and he shouted at me. When I went back to swap the cardboard and buy another (which you need cash for), he insulted me because I didn't have money immediately to pay him" - I was scratching for cash - I didn't want to draw more. This shop has nice stuff and the lady in front is helpful

Great shop, with a lot of variety as the name suggests, you can get almost anything here, like funky socks and suspenders, and tons of party things! And everything is reasonably priced. You can also get some art supplies here which you don't find in many other places.It's the kind of place where you walking in not needing anything, but walk out having bought something cause it was awesome.Their staff can be really nice and helpful too.

Definitely recommend this shop! I bought a paper lantern recently only to discover later on that it was damaged. Went back the next day and they replaced it with a new one, no problem. My daughter is very happy with her hot air balloon light :-)
