I have honestly never encountered such poor service at a shop before. The store is clean and well stocked but I felt like I was asking the staff to go out of their way to give me minor assistance. I understand that things are different during these times but wow, it was awful. I wanted to buy an exercise bike and after waiting for 5 minutes for assistance, I asked the guy that was cycling and on his phone if he knew someone that could assist me... turns out, he did work there (just had a different jacket on).I went to purchase an office chair afterwards and when I had chosen one from the demos, I asked the sales assistant where I could find the actual product so that I could purchase it. He pointed at a shelf underneath the chairs and said there". It was clear that I was struggling to get the box out as it was really heavy but he really didn't seem to care.I probably would've received better service if I asked a customer for help."

Rather shop online or anywhere else. Worst customer service ever experienced. Another customer helped me find what I was looking for.

Pathetic service I ever came across qt game galleria. People do not buy any electronics from this store, once it is sold and u have a problem u cannot get it resolved, I am absolutely disgusted with this store, first they refused to take my lap top that was under guarantee than after accepting it in September and several calls later I was told that I had to pay a fee for having it repaired, was not informed of it not a single call from them and I keep calling them only to be told they not sure will get back to me but no call.lucas from game store u are not fit in that position u are holding, pathetically such a large chain store, u people give the entire game a bad name

Ordered 2 backpacks online, which was meant to be fulfilled by this store. Only 1 has been delivered with no feedback on the second. The game service centre says they are not getting feedback from the store. Don't order from Game online, especially if the order is going to be fulfilled by this branch!

Never had a good experience here. There's always a problem finding somebody to assist and many times when they are around you are ignored. More often than not stock of promotional items is unavailable and you are asked to collect from another store, the warehouse, or wait a week or so for your purchase to arrive.

Terrible service .I needed 2 laptops was there yesterday 22 April 2023 saw a laptop the sales guy had such a bad vibe like he was not interested in selling anything. Told me that laptop will be on promo 23 April I said cool I come back the other guy told me there is only 2left and one guy already bought one but if he doesnt come back I can take both.went back on 23 April was told there was only 1 left after I waited 30min then Darren checked around to see what other shops has it available none in Durban So he checked JHB and saw thre was a few stores .Darren then told rather buy online it's better he was to lazy to make the sale so that I can inform my person in jHB to go oick it up .and also to lazy to tell me that only they had the promotional My husband went to game in JhB and that laptop was not on salePathetic service from Darren and the other guy .they should not be working customer service. SO now my husband bought a different laptop as to the one that was on saleI could have gone to incredible connection at least that lady took timeto listen to what i wanted

A great store but very unhelpful assistants. They are rude and bluntly tell you they can't help you, yet when you talk to the managers they easily and quickly help. The sulky faces are a real turn off. The store itself has a well stocked variety of goods, appliances, fresh food etc. It would have been a real pleasure to shop here if someone trained the staff and cashiers to smile a little and to greet their customers. I felt like it was too much work to extract a hello, even though I cheerfully greeted them. A real put off.

Useless store, always out of stock, I always ask for the jbl t510 headphones, an they give the same arrogant answer, no stock, rather go to mackro

I needed a laptop and tablet and decided to visit Incredible Connection Galleria because of their excellent prices.The person on duty was definitely not interested and had no interest in selling anything today. So I walked to Game was assisted by Ashay Baijnath. The product I was looking for was the same price.He was patient and provided excellent service.I bought a laptop and tablet. All I can say is thank you for excellent service. Keep up the good work.

Purchased 6 items of winter maternity wear from the store on the 22nd of April, went through today, the 30th of April to exchange them for bigger sizes. Manager Rishi and staff refused to allow the exchange despite the tags still been attached insisting that the creases on the garments show that they have been worn. This is honestly not the case. R1000 down the drain. We will never shop here again.
