Day 1 i dealt with a gentleman by the name of Righteous , he has always been professional , very courteous and efficient . I have ever since always tried to go to his counter as he just makes my experience at his great store even better .Keep up the great service Righteous and the FB team ....well done !

Went for bolts and nuts and washers and got it all. The sales lady was very confident and knowledgeable in what I needed

Bunch of scammers, bought clothing item from them which had issues, returned it to them they suggested I get larger size, when I agreed they tried to increase price of item after I sent them proof of the price from their own website they stopped communicating and sent another defective item

14:05 May 5 After initially giving a sarcastic bad review I thought it better to be 100% clear. It's hard enough running a business without sarcastic criticism. Fowkes bros has an incredible selection of tools and items and probably the best shop to go to if you cant get high quality industrial items at regular hardware stores. I do find that staff could benefit with some customer service training. It's also possible that the staff are bored and not that enthusiastic about their jobs. Staff shouldn't be walking around behind the counter without attending to a waiting customer, or at least making eye contact to let them know that they will be attended to soon.I don't mind standing in a queue as long as it moves and I don't feel like I'm being ignored. Once I raised my voice someone did attend to me and I found him to be very helpful and polite.

I have a friend that works there and his name is Luke Botha...He is really passionate about his work and he provides the best customer services possible and he is quick and efficient..Highly knowledgeable and he is familiar with his stock....I hope you guys appreciate his hard work that he puts in this company..I've never seen anyone that works so hard and is so dedicated to making sure that the customer gets the best advice possible..Thank you fowkes bros..
