You can go play every sport you can think of from rugby to hockey. They have nice a nice pitch that get maintenance and it always in good form to be used. The atmosphere is very realiving, you can get a lot of stress out of your mind

Oscar Mpetha stadium is quiet a nice place for exercising, it's very spacious. There are lights in case you want to workout late until 8 pm. I think it's excellent because it gives those who work 9-5 a platform too to keep a healthy body.
