I am only posting one star because it is not possible to post no stars.Attempted to get an evaluation on my Car, Took my lunch break to do so, only to be told to come back after the Agent had finished their lunch, Dismissive and disrespectful, not a single other car in sight on the lot.For a company that prides itself on customer service I would recommend you investigate the lack of interest in your satellite branch as it is damaging to the companies reputation

Not impressed by the service offerings at all - arrived at 14h00 to query an assessment. Totally dismissive and not interested to offer help “we are on the last assessment for the day” with two hours left until closing?
