Pretty good experience, friendly people, quality products. Could use more personnel, had quite a long wait. 40 minutes at the counter is just not efficient.

I would suggest you properly train your staff with regards to your product offerings. Visited your shop twice and both times the staff was unable to answer my questions on specific products. I eventually ended up at another tile company where the staff is much more informed.

The staff were very helpful and friendly, overall a very nice experience. My only complaint is that there is not a huge variety of tiles especially floor tiles. There is alot of white tones and then very dark blackish tones, but almost no earthy, brown tones. If possible, please get more brown and red tone tiles

Very nice place and the staff is very friendly and informative. They have lots off sales and specials throughout the year. There is a wide variety off options and they really wont delay you in and out under 30min. No mess no fuss. Very happy with the service.

The best priced tiles, in my experience, can be found here. They also assisted us by supplying tiles from a neighbouring store to fill out our order. Tiles were received timeously and correctly. It's also very convenient to have an electronic quote made up as you browse the tiles in store, skipping the queues.

These guys are really excellent. At making you wait for everything. Waiting to answer the phone. Waiting for them to let you know when your order has arrived. Waiting 15.minutes to collect something. Maybe other businesses appreciate their clients a lot more...

Excellent service, provided by a very friendly and knowledgeable team. They clearly enjoy their jobs and I will not go to any other tiling company for this reason. From the sales staff to the warehouse manager, to the forklift driver loading your purchase. Excellent service all around!
